DND has a requirement for Utility Task Vehicles and Trailers to provide short notice line installation and maintenance for full spectrum operations and in particular, theatre opening and closing.
It is the intention of the crown to award one (1) contract, with delivery of the vehicles due no later than March 25, 2019.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
