To provide the Army Cadet Program with no less than 80 assembled
Mountain/Backcountry Hard Tail Bikes for use on backcountry
trails by male and female adolescent (14-18) riders from novice
to moderately experienced. Durability and ease of use
(adjustability) for multiple riders are key requirements along
with 24 or 27 speeds, mechanical disc brakes, and front
suspension with lock out.
