solicitation number EN578-131157/A dated October 25, 2012 with a
closing of November 16, 2012 at 14h00 p.m.

This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work-Stream one
(1): Internal Audit Services against Professional Audit Support
Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004/F).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
To conduct an independent review of the steps taken up to June
2012 in the acquisition process for the replacement of DND's
CF-18 fleet.

DURATION OF CONTRACT:
From contract award to May 31, 2013.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:
A combination of mandatory and point-rated criteria with minimum
pass mark. The basis of selection is Highest Combined Rating of
Technical Merit (60%) and Price (40%).

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
Level of information: Secret
Safeguarding at Contractor site at the secret level
Personnel security level: Secret

CLOSING DATE:
This request for Proposal will close on December 27, 2012 at
2h00 p.m.

COMMENT:
Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly,
from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply
Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this
requirement and who meet the security requirements of the RFP.
