DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
2.1 Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) seeks to
establish a contract(s) under the Professional Audit Support
Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement, under the following streams
5: External audit for a period that will end in January 2016.
The scope of the audit will be the building located at 1550
d'Estimauville Ave., Quebec City. The audit will cover costs
incurred by PWSGC (rent, taxes, insurance and operating and
maintenance expenses). This audit work will make it possible to
provide assurance regarding the building's actual operating
costs.
October 1st, 2011, to March 31, 2012
April 1st, 2012, to March 31, 2013
April 1st, 2013, to March 31, 2014
April 1st, 2014, to March 31, 2015
April 1st, 2015, to October 31, 2015
The work will take place in the Quebec Region.
This requirement is only for holders of a Public Works and
Government Services Canada
(PWGSC) Supply Arrangement that are qualified for Workstreams 5:
External audit services.
Contract term:
The contract term starts on the date of contract award and ends
on J anuary 30 , 2016, inclusive.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
All mandatory evaluation criteria must be satisfied. The
selection methodology is based on the lowest evaluated price.
