This Request for proposal (RFP) is only for pre-qualified
Suppliers for Workstream 1, Internal Audit Services against the
Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) supply arrangement
(E60ZG-060004).
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The requirement is to obtain the services of audit professionals
to address project requirements of the Directorate and ensure
registered political parties' voluntary compliance to the Canada
Elections Act, on behalf of Elections Canada, as defined in
Annex A, Statement of Work.
LOCATION OF WORK
National Capital Region (NCR)
DURATION OF CONTRACT
The contract should be from date of contract award to March 31,
2015 with four (4) irrevocable options granted by the contractor
to extend the term of the contract by one additional year.
EVALUATION PROCESS
Mandatory and point-rated criteria with a minimum pass mark will
be used to determine the technical merit. The basis of selection
will be lowest evaluated price.
SECURITY REQUIREMENT
Level of information: Protected A, B
Personnel security level: Reliability

The request for proposal closing date is on October 4, 2013 at
2h00 p.m. Daylight Savings Time (DST).
