ENGINE & VEHICLE TESTING
This amendment 002 is raised to revise the solicitation closing
date to November 6, 2012 and provide additional information.
This amendment 001 is raised to revise the solicitation closing
date to October 29, 2012.
This requirement is to establish a Regional Individual Standing
Offer (RISO) for the Vehicles and Engines Testing and Emissions
Verification (VETEV) Section of Environment Canada (EC) for
Engine and Motorcycle Testing and Service Accumulation in
accordance with the attached Statement of Works.
This requirement will be for an initial period of one (1) year
from the effective date of the Standing Offer with the provision
to extend the offer for two (2) additional periods of one (1)
year.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade
Agreements (CPFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person
