Government of Canada is moving its Government Electronic

1, 2013

Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.
The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders will be the sole authoritative source
for Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

After June 1, 2013, all tenders and related documents and
amendments will be on Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.

Request for contract for Fire protection and alarm systems
inspection and maintenance for St-Jean Garrison, Farnham
training center, St-Bruno firing range and also the military
armouries, situated in Sherbrooke, Drumondville and St-Hyacinthe.
The period of the contract is tree (3) years from the date of
contract award with the possibility of one additional option for
two (2) years period under the same conditions.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is between $ 500 001 and
$ 1 000 000.

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on:

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority 2 day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm
attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded
from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.
