Requirement:
In line with the revised service delivery model, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Asset and Procurement Management Section, E Division, located at 14200 Green Timbers Way, Surrey B.C., requires the services of a contractor to identify key performance indicators, accountability, and the roles and responsibilities of the RCMP and the service provider in regards to the management of Real Property within the RCMP.
Proposed Period of Contract:
The proposed period of the contract shall be 6 months from the date of contract award.
Evaluation:
Bidders must be able to meet the Mandatory Criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for contract award.

Bidders intending to submit tenders on this requirement should obtain the tender/solicitation documents including Addenda and/or Amendments through the Government Electronic Tendering System at www.buy and sell.gc.ca. Bidders that elect to base their bids on tender/solicitation documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their intension to bid. In all cases , bidders must indicate (when requested) in the space provided on the tender form identification number(s) of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration for their bid.
