AMENDMENT #1
1. It has been brought to our attention that the copy of the Financial Management Framework (FMF), referred to in section 2.11 of Appendix “A” – the Statement of Work, was not included as an attachment when the RFP was published. Please find it now attached as Appendix “E”.
2. The following question was asked to CIHR:
With regards to the requirements of PRC1 and PRC2 in Appendix “B”, the bid preparation instructions mention that we need to provide details about the work performed by the proposed resource(s) on the project. My understanding of the requirements is that we are to be providing only project examples and descriptions. In some instances, some of our proposed resources may not have worked on the project that the Firm has completed. Could you clarify what is expected under this requirement?
CIHR’s response:
It is sufficient to provide details about the work performed by the Firm as a whole and not by the proposed resources for PRC1 and PRC2. Your proposed resources need not have worked on these audits.
Commencing in the 2013-14 fiscal year, CIHR will require an external and independent audit of its annual financial statements as per a decision made by CIHR’s Governing Council.
