This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work-Stream one
(1): Internal Audit Services, against Professional Audit Support
Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004)
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The purpose of the work is to get an Audit Opinion and a
professional Compliance and Assurance audit services related to
contractual payments and compliance with specified tendering
procedures for three large Construction Management Contracts for
the Parliamentary Precinct Branch (PPB) of Public Works and
Government Services Canada.
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31,
2013 inclusive and Canada will have the irrevocable option to
extend the term of the Contract by up to five (5) additional
1-year periods under the same conditions.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
1. The Contractor must, at all times during the performance of
the Contract, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening
(DOS) issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate
(CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor personnel who requiring access to PROTECTED
information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a
valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
3. The Contractor MUST NOT remove any PROTECTED information or
assets from the identified work site(s), and the Contractor
must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply
with this restriction.
4. Subcontracts, which contain security requirements, are NOT to
be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.
5. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of:
a) Security Requirements Check list and security guide (if
applicable), attached at Annex C;
b) The Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
