This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Work-Stream one
(1): Internal Audit Services and Work-Stream three (3)
Information Technology and Systems Audits against Professional
Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement
(E60ZG-060004/E).

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
To work with the Office of the Chief Audit and Evaluation
Executive (CAEE) in preparing and carrying out the Department of
Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND) Risk-Based Audit
Plan (RBAP) and other assurance services.

DURATION OF CONTRACT:
From contract award to March 31, 2013 with an irrevocable option
granted by the contractor to Canada to extend the term of the
contract(s) by up to three (3) additional periods of one (1)
year under the same terms and conditions.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY:
A combination of mandatory and point-rated criteria with minimum
pass mark. The basis of selection is best overall bid: Lowest
price per point responsive bid..

SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
Level of information: Protected B, Confidential, Secret
Safeguarding at Contractor site at the secret level
Personnel security level: Reliability status, Confidential and
Secret

CLOSING DATE:
This request for Proposal will close on March 19, 2012 at 2h00
p.m.

COMMENT:
Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly,
from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply
Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this
requirement.
