This Request for proposal (RFP) is only for pre-qualified
Suppliers for Workstream 5, External Audit Audit Services
against the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) supply
arrangement (E60ZG-060004).
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the
services of a licensed public accounting firm to conduct four
(4) annual financial attest audits, i.e. the Financial
Statements of three (3) Departmental Revolving Funds and the
Financial Report of Administrative Costs Charged to the Canada
Pension Plan by PWGSC, as defined in the statement of work.

National Capital Region (NCR)
DURATION OF CONTRACT
The work will be performed from November 1, 2015 to October 31,
2015, with four (4) irrevocable options granted by the
contractor to extend the term of the contract by up to four (4)
one year option periods.
EVALUATION PROCESS
Mandatory and point-rated criteria with a minimum pass mark will
be used to determine the technical merit. The basis of selection
will be lowest evaluated price.
SECURITY REQUIREMENT
Level of information: Protected A, B, C, Confidential and
Secret
Personnel security level: Reliability, Confidential and Secret
RFP CLOSING DATE
The request for proposal closing date is extended to July 23th
2015 at 2h00 p.m. Daylight Savings Time (DST).
