This amendment changes the closing date to August 29,2016.
The Department of National Defense has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer to purchase Military Police Patrol Vests for delivery across Canada (estimated usage of 300 each vests and 150 carriers per year). The Standing Offer will be for a one (1) year period with a possibility to extend for three (3) additional one (1) year period. Items will be delivered across Canada.
Vests must meet the technical requirements specified in the manufacturing data.
One (1) pre-award sample of the vest in size medium (men), tests results and certificats of compliance must be submitted with the bid.
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods . If 2+ bidsoffer Canadian goods , other bids will not be considered.
To assure a response before bid closing date, all enquiries must be submitted in writting and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven(7) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
