The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for
the procurement of Military Police Close Protection Clothing as
follows:
Item 1, Tactical Vest, P/N 80001, Manufacturer: 5.11 Tactical,
firm quantity 41 each of various sizes
Item 2, Tactical Pant, P/N 74251, Manufacturer: 5.11 Tactical,
firm quantity 958 each of various sizes
Item 3, Tactical Shirt, Long Sleeves, P/N 72157, Manufacturer:
5.11 Tactical, firm quantity 265 each of various sizes
Item 4, Tactical Shirt, Short Sleeves, P/N 71198, Manufacturer:
5.11 Tactical, firm quantity 205 each of various sizes
Item 5, Tactical Parka, P/N 48001, Manufacturer: 5.11 Tactical,
firm quantity 139 each of various sizes
No Substitute will be accepted.
Firm Quantities:
Delivery of the firm quantities to Nepean, ON is required by
March 1st, 2013.
Option Quantities - estimated:
This requirement also includes three options. Each option is to
purchase additional estimated quantities from a minimum of 50%
up to a maximum of 100% to be delivered to Nepean, ON.
Option 1 is exercisable within 12 months from contract award.
Option 2 is exercisable within 24 months from contract award.
Option 3 is exercisable within 36 months from contract award.
Enquiries:
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least seven (7) calendar days
prior to the closing date.
