DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires a Contractor to:
Supply, package, and deliver: seven hundred and fifty (750) vests and eight hundred (800) caps to various locations in Canada.

All items must meet the requirements and specifications provided in Annex A – Statement of Work.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The evaluation of proposals will be performed in six (6) steps as follows:

Step 1 – Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria
Step 2 – Point-Rated Evaluation (not applicable)
Step 3 – Evaluation of Financial Proposals
Step 4 – Basis of Selection
Step 5 – Pre-Award Sample and Supporting Documentation
Step 6 – Contractor Selection
Step 7 - Conditions Precedent to Contract Award
Step 8 - Contract Entry

Bids must be received on or before Novemver 20, 2013 at 2:00pm EST.

The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
