REQUEST FOR STANDING OFFER
MEAT, FISH AND POULTRY
Requirement:
For the supply and delivery of Meat, Fish and Poultry to the
Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Suffield, Ralston, Alberta and Trail's End Camp, Cochrane,
Alberta as required during the period of the Standing Offer.
The Standing Offer will be in effect from August 1, 2012 to
August 31, 2013, divided into four (4) three-month periods (with
a lapse November 1, 2012 to December 9, 2012, inclusive, due to
unforeseen circumstances: Change in Statement of Work/ Product
List).
Refresh periods of the Standing Offer:
#1: From August 1, 2012 to October 31, 2012 inclusive;
#2: From December 10, 2012 to February 28, 2013 inclusive;
#3: From March 1, 2013 to May 31, 2013 inclusive; and
#4: From June 1, 2013 to August 31, 2013 inclusive.
Solicitation closing dates:
Offers must be submitted for each refresh period, as per the
following schedule:
Refresh period #1: July 25, 2012 at 2:00pm MST
Refresh period #2: December 5, 2012 at 2:00pm MST
Refresh period #3: February 15, 2013 at 2:00pm MDT
Refresh period #4: May 15, 2013 at 2:00pm MDT
