Requirement::
To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the
Department of National Defence (DND) for the provision of Meat,
Fish and Poultry items on an "as and when" requested basis to
Canadian Forces Station (CFS) Alert, Nunavut Territories.
Delivery of these items is to be made to Canadian Forces Base
(CFB) Trenton, Trenton, Ontario, for furtherance by DND to CFS
Alert.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
This requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land
Claim Agreement; Nunavut Lands Claims Agreement. All Bidders may
submit an offer, but only those meeting the Nunavut Land Claims
Agreement outlined in Annex "C" will receive the deductions for
evaluation purposes. The percentage reduction will be applied
for evaluation purposes only to the aggregate value.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian Goods
and/or services.

Standing Offer is : Department of National Defence, Canadian
Forces Base Trenton for furtherance to Canadian Forces Station
Alert.

Evaluation/Basis of Selection: A bid must comply with the
requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory
technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive.
The responsive bid with the lowest aggregate value will be
recommended for Issuance of a Standing Offer.
It is the intention of Canada to award one (1) Standing Offer
for this requirement.
