Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of
Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB) North
Bay has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual
Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of meat, poultry and
fish products on an as and when requested basis.
The period of the Standing Offer is from August 1, 2013 to
October 31, 2013.

The total estimated expenditure for the period of the Standing
offer is $37,500.00 (including GST/HST)
It is intended that one Standing Offer will be issued as a
result of this request.
An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for
Standing Offer and meet all mandatory technical evaluation
criteria to be declared responsive.
Some of the mandatory criteria are provided below. Refer to the
Request for Standing Offer document for the complete list of
requirements.
The Offeror must have a minimum of 5 years experience providing
grocery services similar to Annex A - Requirement.
The Offeror must provide documentation outlining their experience
