Health Canada’s Employee Assistance Services (EAS) has a requirement for the purchase of a web-based platform containing an Expert-Led, bilingual video training library and accompanying promotional services to enhance the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by EAS. This turn-key service must be accessible on any modern device or computer and be available for use by all of Health Canada’s EAP clients (over 70% of the Federal Public Service) and their families.
The requirement consists of an annual subscription to the video training library on the web-based platform, as well as accompanying promotional services to present the product and its features and to target promotion to selected demographics.
The solicitation is intended to result inthe award of 1 (one) contract for 1 (one) year, and up to 4 (four) irrevocable option years allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.
