Village Office/Maintenance Shop Metal Roof Replacement

Scope: To replace the Village office/Maintenance shop metal roof.

Description of Work:

· Village office/Maintenance shop is a 40’ x 60’ steel frame building.

· The existing roof is metal but needs to be replaced. The screw holes are rusting out allowing water to enter the building.

· Awarded contractor must supply the materials and labor.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Awarded contractor must be knowledgeable with metal and steel frames.

· Good standing with Saskatchewan Workers Comp and have their own

insurance

· Contractors must provide their own tools and equipment

· Contractors must be timely and efficient
