Video Monitoring
To provide real-time, High Definition (HD) construction site
video monitoring with remote access capabilities, including
technical support and post-production media services.
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf
of Transport Canada (TC), is in the process of remediating the
TC property located at Rock Bay, Victoria, BC.
As PWGSC is providing project management services to TC during
the Rock Bay Remediation Project (RBRP), reporting on project
progress is an important component. The ability to provide real
time, HD video via the internet will allow for senior management
to track on-site activities without the need to travel to the
Rock Bay site. Additionally, time lapse video will be included
in daily reporting and will be included in a post-construction
video log that will chronicle on-site activities.
