BACKGROUND:
The Department of National Defence (DND), in support of the
Canadian Special Operations Forces Command (CANSOFCOM), has a
requirement to procure Weapon Sights. The requirement is for the
replacement of stock of front and rear sights for Sig Sauer
handguns. Additional specifications and details can be found in
the solicitation documentation.
DELIVERY:
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Incoterms 2000 to two (2) delivery
points within 250 kilometres of Ottawa (Ontario) on or before
the end of the month of June 2013
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT) and exempt from the provisions of the World
Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement
(WTO-AGP), and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt
of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing
may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
