Trans-Canada Highway (TCH) Climbing Lanes, Terra Nova National Park, NL
Public Works & Government Services has a requirement for work at various sites throughout a 42.2 km section of the Trans-Canada Highway (TCH) within Terra Nova National Park, NL. Work includes the provision of all materials, labour, equipment and ancillaries as necessary to complete project. The project consists of, but not limited to, Environmental protection measures; Occupational Health and Safety Measures including full time safety personnel and Traffic control; Clearing; Excavation; cold planning; construction of embankments for new climbing lanes; new CSP culverts and culvert extensions; ditching; precast concrete catch basins; supply & installation of mechanically stabilized earth precast concrete panel retaining walls; hot mix asphalt pavement; asphalt gutters; steel-beam guide rail; signage; permanent pavement markings; and hydroseeding.
