Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for 2 senior project executives to provide project oversight and advice to the Technical Authority, project sponsors and project managers to ensure that the various project initiatives are structured correctly for the internal gating process, staffed properly, have appropriate tools and are managed using best practices, so that projects remain delivered optimally, within the scheduled timeframe and budget.”
