Description of the Requirement:
The FCAC requests proposals for the provision of an independent evaluation team to perform a summative evaluation of its Financial Literacy program.
The objectives of the evaluation are to:
assess the qualitative and quantitative results and achievements of FCAC’s financial literacy program during the period 2014-2019;
assess the outcomes of FCAC’s stakeholder engagement activities;
assess the added value of the National Strategy for Financial Literacy for achieving FCAC’s work and to the financial literacy community in Canada; and
identify key considerations for a future iteration of the Strategy.
The primary intended user of this evaluation is FCAC, and the evaluation results will be used to refine the program strategies and activities for achieving FCAC’s financial literacy objectives.
