Description of the Requirement:
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement for developing a national public information campaign strategy that provides the high-level principles, objectives, guidance and results needed to support effective public communications on matters pertaining to aquaculture governance in Canada. In addition, the work involves creating a project plan to implement the strategy. Finally, the work includes the development of creative products necessary to deliver the strategy.
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required – Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Reliability Status
Applicable Trade Agreements: NAFTA and AIT
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed Initial Contract Period shall be from Contract Award to March 31, 2019 with one (1) additional twelve (12) month contract option period.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 120 days per resource.
