The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). Work under this requirement is for the provision of marine crane barge for mooring system lifting, buoy servicing, and underwater range equipment support services by the Contractor in Halifax Harbour and surrounding waters. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers.
