The Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) is seeking to rent Standard for Training, Certification and Watchkeeping (STCW) certified facilities and the requisite equipment to conduct Sea Survival, Firefighting and Damage Control training for RCN personnel from May to September annually. The location of the Institution must be located within 100 Km of Naval Fleet School Quebec in accordance with the requirement detailed herein.
