Port Operations and Emergency Services Branch (POESB) Esquimalt in support of the Canadian Forces Maritime Experimental and Test Ranges (CFMETR) is seeking offers from Offerors to provide a reliable, safe and punctual sea transportation of up to 12 passengers and material from Ranch Point B Jetty floats at Nanoose Bay to Winchelsea Island, a round trip distance of approximately 18 kilometres (or 10 Nautical Miles) as per the Annex-Statement of Work.
