AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on2024-03-13 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
To establish a Regional Standing Offer to deliver road salt to MLS Base Transport delivery of for winter de-icing applications at CFB Borden, Borden Ontario. The RISO will be on an “as and when required” for the period of the Standing Offer, as detailed herein.
The standing offer period will be one (1) firm year with the option to extend for an additional two (2) one-year periods.
It is intended to issue standing offers under 2 Streams as shown below:

Supply and Delivery of Winter Road Salt – Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) Set Aside RISO one
The Stream 2 of this procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.
All amendments to this RFP will be posted in the Event Messages board in SAP Ariba.
