All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on 31 May 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition of an automatic cardboard cutter for the manufacture of boxes including delivery, installation, commissioning and training located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
