This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND) to purchase Quantity 200 Bearskin Cap Carriers. The intent of this solicitation is to find a manufacturer to supply all the carriers. Canada will accept Staggered deliveries in order to get the carriers as quickly as possible.
