Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide academic and professional services, including courseware development, in Ontario and Quebec, to support the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) training courses offered through the Canadian Defence Academy (CDA) to Department of National Defence. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
