Line Painting Services Standing Offer - Service under this agreement shall cover the supply of: On an “as and when requested” basis, all labour, tools, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision for Line Painting Services. The work will be as requested by Department of National Defence (DND) as per call-ups for Line Painting Services at the following DND location: RP OPS Winnipeg: North Site – 17 Wing, Winnipeg, MB. It is anticipated that 1 firm will be issued the standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for an additional three (3) one year options.
