Requirement: Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material necessary to repair various types of roofs at 17 Wing Winnipeg and Satellite locations. Services are to be provided on an "as required” basis. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be issued a standing offer. The period of the Standing Offer will be for a two (2) year period with the ability to extend for an additional three (3) - one (1) year extension periods.
