All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 25 June 2025 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the delivery of an Advanced Defence Tactics Training Course against Supply Arrangement # W6399-21J415, categories 6 and 7. Supply Arrangement # W6399-21J415 holders (only) have been emailed this Request for Proposal (RFP), if other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for Supply Arrangement # W6399-21J415 before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement. To obtain a copy of the Request for Supply Arrangement # W6399-21J415 download it Collective Military Training role playing and facilities - Tender Notice | CanadaBuys. Canada will not extend RFP # W6599-25X513 to provide additional time for bidders to qualify for the Supply Arrangement and submit a proposal for this RFP.
