Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 21, 2026 at 02:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 02:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide services for the collection, removal and disposal of all refuse and recycle material, excluding metal, at CFB Borden, Ontario to Department of National Defence. There will be a Mandatory Site Visit on Tuesday July 7, 2026 at 1pm in Borden, Ontario. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open to Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.
