Work under this Regional Individual Standing Offer comprises the material, labor, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to inspect and report on all pressure vessels, steel structures, pupping and headers at the Department of National Defence’s (DND) Canadian Forces Base (CFB) in 4 Wing Cold Lake, AB on an “as required” basis by DND in the form of call-ups for provision of non-destructive testing. The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of 3 years with option of 2 x 1-year. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer.
