PWGSC, on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada – Valcartier Research Centre, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) for the acquisition Design, analysis, characterization and development of panoramic imaging components and systems located in Valcartier, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
