PWGSC, on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC), is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of R&D services for the improvement of the HEERD software and the HOP computer, the development and integration of data exploitation algorithms, engineering support for system demonstrations and analytical support for data exploitation and analysis, located in Valcartier, Quebec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
