AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 21 at 1400 EST. All bids submitted after 1400 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence DRDC Suffield Research Centre has a requirement for a spectrograph and high dynamic range electronic streak camera, in order to perform time resolved spectroscopy for single shot events in the ultraviolet to visible spectral range.
