The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the upgrade of the communications, navigation, surveillance and air traffic management avionics as well as the replacement of the radar systems in it fleet of 4 CT142 Dash 8 aircraft. The requirement includes the supply and installation of the required goods at the successful bidders facility as well as on-site training at the DND facility located at Winnipeg, Manitoba. The anticipated completion date of the contract is 2024-09-30.
