Website User Experience Verification Services

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires professional services for the completion of Website User Experience (UX) Verification. The CRA is now in the process of developing an Agency-wide procurement vehicle to enable it to contract for the services of Website User Experience (UX) Verification.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY The evaluation of proposals will be performed in eight (8) steps as follows: Step 1 – Evaluation against Mandatory Criteria Step 2 – Evaluation against Point-Rated Criteria Step 3 – Evaluation of Financial Proposals Step 4 – Basis of Selection Step 5 – Basis of Selection – Other Requirements Step 6 – Selection Step 7 - Conditions Precedent to Contract Award Step 8 - Contract Entry
