The assignment will assess existing water and wastewater infrastructure, system capacities and limitations, future servicing requirements, and practical servicing alternatives to support existing development and potential future growth.
The Consultant will evaluate servicing alternatives and recommend a long-term infrastructure strategy, including implementation priorities, phasing and planning-level cost estimates.
The completed Master Servicing Plan will support future development review, infrastructure planning, capital budgeting and engineering work.
