It is the intention of Council to request bids for the loading, hauling and stockpiling of gravel from certain stockpiles owned by the RM of Redburn No. 130 located within the RM of Elmsthorpe No. 100 and RM of Pense No. 160 to be hauled and stockpiled to locations within the RM of Redburn No. 130.
Set out below are conditions and general information regarding this invitation to tender:
1. 15,000 cubic yards of road gravel hauled from the RM of Pense No. 160, specifically the NE 27-18-24 W2 to be hauled and stockpiled to:
SE 13-15-23 W2, RM Redburn No. 130 (“Pitman Stockpile”).
2. 15,000 cubic yards of road gravel hauled from the RM of Elmsthorpe No. 100, specifically the SW 2-10-25 W2 to be hauled and stockpiled to:
NW 19-13-23 W2, RM of Redburn No. 130 (“Hearne Stockpile”)
