Full description

Notice is hereby given by The Workers’ Compensation Board – Alberta (WCB) of its intent to extend the above existing agreement with CCA Financial, formerly known as Macquarie. As noted in NOI2417SCH, issued March 15, 2024, and NOI2511SCH, issued February 4, 2025, the WCB was performing an analysis to understand if leasing PC hardware as an organization is still feasible. This analysis has been recently completed and the WCB wishes to continue to lease desktop hardware.

The current agreement with the WCB’s incumbent expires June 30, 2026, and the WCB will be extending the agreement by six (6) additional months, until December 31, 2026. Interested Suppliers can expect the RFP to be posted in Q1 of 2026.

As the WCB is seeking the most qualified Supplier to offer Financial Leasing Services for Desktop Computing Equipment, we invite all interested Suppliers to please reach out to request a courtesy notice for the new RFP. If you are interested in receiving a direct courtesy invite when the RFP is posted, please contact Shae Hartwell – Contracting Specialist by email (shae.hartwell@wcb.ab.ca) to confirm. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we prepare for a new RFP.
