The WCB is seeking a qualified Contractor to supply, install, test, commission, and complete a dedicated cooling solution for the Millard Health Mechanical Room to maintain safe and reliable operating temperatures for the mechanical and electrical equipment. The scope of work includes the supply and installation of all required equipment and materials in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications, obtaining required permits, coordinating site mobilization, completing required air balancing and system testing, and ensuring the cooling system is properly integrated without adversely affecting existing building HVAC operations.
