In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural / engineering consulting firms to provide “as and when required” architectural and engineering services to the Department of National Defence at several locations in Manitoba.
The objective of this RFAP is to select four (4) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $5,000,000.00, for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.
Commissions under the SL are expected to be valued between $10,000 and $150,000; the maximum value of a commission is $350,000.
The SL is not a commitment by DCC to spend the entire amount.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select proponents with the four highest total scores.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
