Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply
and installation of three (3) new dry Automated Chemistry
Analyzers (ACA) for lab determination of certain metabolites,
eletrolytes, proteins, and/or drugs in samples of serum, plasma,
urine, and/or other body fluids with user training for up to
five (5)people per device in accordance with the mandatory
specifications detailed in the Request for Proposal for delivery
to Ottawa, Ontario. The delivery is request by 15th May 2013.
This requirement also includes an irrevocable option to purchase
up to ten (10) additional units and optional items (installation
and training) within five (5) years after contract award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
