TITLE: Legal Survey - Yukon Territory
REQUIREMENT: Natural Resources Canada requires the legal survey
and demarcation of Part of Two (2) Rural Block parcels and three
(3) Site Specific Parcels of Kluane First Nation Settlement Land
located in Yukon Territory and the production of Plan and Field
Notes of Survey prepared under Section 29 of the Canada Lands
Surveys Act and associated reports.
PERIOD OF PROPOSED CONTRACT: The fieldwork portion of this
Requirement is to be completed by November 30, 2012. Completion
date of the contract is February 11, 2013.
MANDATORY CRITERIA:
1. On-site services of a Canada Lands Surveyor who is a licensed
member of the Association of Canada Lands Surveyors.
2. The bidder must be a valid permit holder pursuant to the
Canada Lands Surveyors Regulations.
3. Documentary proof that Kluane First Nations businesses and
People were given first consideration in providing technical and
support services associated with the work of the contract.
SELECTION METHOD:
1. Lowest evaluated price.

To qualify, a bid will have to consist of no less than 80% of
goods and/or services of Canadian
origin.
